Do you offer local pick up?

- If you live in the Madison, MS area, you are more than welcome to pick up your purchases. Any time I can save myself a trip to the mail box is wonderful! Please select "Free Local Pick Up" in your shipping options and you won't be charged shipping.    I will send you directions when your items are ready to pick up.

 

What if an item doesn't fit?

- Four Birdies Boutique wants you to love your purchase! if for any reason you don't love it, simply follow the return policy listed at the bottom of this page.

 

Can I purchase a gift card?

- Four Birdies Boutique gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination of your choice.  

 

Can you create a custom vinyl design for me?

- We sure can!  Email your custom questions or any sample design ideas with a brief description to weloveyou@fourbirdiesboutique.com.

 

Can I buy a vinyl design by itself?

- You can purchase a custom vinyl design or a vinyl design that we have already created.  Email weloveyou@fourbirdiesboutique.com with the design you want to purchase or with any questions.  

 

Do you have trunk shows?

- Four Birdies Boutique does offer trunk shows by appointment only.  Email us at weloveyou@fourbirdiesboutique.com to schedule a trunk show.

 

What is your return policy?

FOUR BIRDIES BOUTIQUE RETURNS & REFUND


Our return policy lasts 30 days after you receive the delivered item. After 30 days we do not offer refunds or exchanges.  Please use our contact form to discuss the return with us, and we will provide you details.

When returning an item it must be returned in original condition. We understand you will try on your item but it should be returned in its original condition.  If the item is returned dirty or with stains on it we will simply mail it back to you.  


If your item is in any way faulty then please contact us immediately and we will make it right. If your item arrived ripped or damaged in some way we will follow the return policy; however, we are not responsible for items after they have been worn and washed.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If a refund is required it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, this takes up to 5 days.

NO EXCHANGES

We currently cannot process exchanges, order carefully with the size chart supplied and we shall do our best. If the size seems incorrect, please discuss with us and we can work something out by you returning and reordering once we have received the return.  If you have any questions regarding sizing please email us at weloveyou@fourbirdiesboutique.com before ordering and we will do our best to help!

RETURN SHIPPING

If you are returning an item due to requiring to order a different size or color, you are required to pay the cost of the postage.

If your item is faulty we will happily pay the postage, and take care of you.
